WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH?
Memphis Mansion uses data processors, including software providers, web hosting, social and professional backups, security and storage. The necessary guarantees for the transfer of information to the United States are secured through the data processor’s certification under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, as provided for in Article 11(1) of The Data Processor’s Data Processor. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We store your information for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the transaction relates as a result of the Bookkeeping Act.
