Terms of trade
No binding purchase agreement has been entered into with Memphis Mansion until you have received an order confirmation from us.
All prices include 25% VAT and are in Danish kroner, where nothing else is mentioned. Reservations are made for currency changes, Force majeure, delivery failures, sold-out items, misprints.
Right of complaint
Memphis Mansion provides a two-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including manufacturing and material defects found during the normal use of the item. The warranty does not cover faults, injuries or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by improper operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorised interference. Complaints about defects, which should be discovered by usual examination of the item, must be notified to Memphis Mansion within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for exchange or by agreement, possibly crediting. In connection with complaints, Memphis Mansion bears return costs reasonably.
If you wish to cancel an order already placed, please send an email marked “Cancellation”. Cancellation should be made on the same day as the order was made.
We handle the orders in the order in which they are received. We pack and ship your order within 2 business days.
There is a 14-day full right of return on all items. Simply send the item as a regular package or in a sample envelope. Please do not send returned goods per C.O.D.
After we receive and process your returns, you will automatically receive your refund in your account. We aim to process your return within 5-10 days.
The possible methods of payment are: Dankort and international credit cards, prepayment in cash.
When purchasing by credit card, the amount will not be withdrawn until we ship the item. Postage rates depend on weight and country.
The validity of the gift card is 3 years from the date of issue.
When buying a ticket for one of our events, the money is drawn on the card the following business day. Make sure the ticket complies with the booking. The order confirmation is valid as a ticket. The ticket will not be exchanged or refunded.
Refund claims for event cancellations, complaints about the event etc. In case of cancellation, the customer is notified and the amount paid is refunded. Cancellation only covers the fact that the event is not conducted at all. Changing the date, partial implementation or change in the repertoire is not to be considered as a cancellation. Shipping, debit card, order and ticket fees will not be refunded.
The same rules as in Denmark apply. Similarly, the postage rate varies from country to country.
Ordering items by telephone
As far as possible, items are requested to be ordered in the webshop. However, you are welcome to contact us if you have any questions or need advice and guidance. The Shop are open all week from 10am – 6pm. You can also reach us at phone 86 42 96 96
Right of withdrawal
When applying the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned in ORIGINAL PACKAGING, as missing packaging usually results in a deterioration in the sales value. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer
